Shipping costs

The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of 6.90 €. Normally, the goods arrive the next day within Germany if you order by 2 pm.
Small orders are delivered from 2.95 € depending on the item and quantity. Not all payment methods are available and delivery may take 2-5 working days longer. This option is not available for all items or quantities.

Express delivery can be selected within Germany for 22.90 €. Delivery will then be made by DHL Express on the next working day if the order is received by 2 pm.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Due to post-Brexit regulations, delivery to the United Kingdom is only possible from a goods value of 150 € plus shipping costs. Please note that you are responsible for import clearance and payment of any import duties and fees that may be due.

Shipping method

Delivery is currently usually made by DHL, but we reserve the right to change the shipping service provider.

Delivery time

Orders that reach us by 1pm are usually dispatched on the same day. Most shipments will reach you on the next working day. No parcels are dispatched on Saturdays.

If individual items are not in stock, we will usually wait until the goods are completely in stock, but will also make partial deliveries against payment of the shipping costs if you expressly request this. Please enquire about the delivery time for items not in stock. Please note that we can only estimate the delivery time for items not in stock and cannot guarantee it. Even though the stock levels in our internet offer are constantly updated, there can still be no 100% guarantee, as other sales can sometimes only be taken into account with a delay due to technical reasons. Furthermore, stock differences cannot be excluded in individual cases.

Reservation of goods from prepayment orders

Please also note that in the case of prepayment orders, the goods are not reserved until we have received payment. This can lead to delays in individual cases, as the goods may be sold in the meantime. Therefore, you will receive the fastest delivery with direct debit or payment service provider.

Shipping to other countries

We deliver worldwide, but cannot provide shipping costs for all countries. If your country is not listed, simply print out your shopping cart and contact us by phone or e-mail. We can then certainly fulfil your shipping wishes.

Returns

A return label is enclosed with the goods for your convenience. Return labels are not enclosed, as the return costs are at your expense. You can return the goods using a parcel service of your choice.
